Privacy notice
The ClubShack app isn’t released yet. Its privacy notice will be published here before release. This notice covers this website and any email you send us.
Who we are
ClubShack is made by Luke Lancaster in the UK, who is responsible for this website and for the emails sent to hello@clubshack.app.
The website
- No cookies, no analytics, no tracking and no adverts. The pages run no scripts and have no forms.
- The site is hosted by Google (Firebase Hosting). Like any web host, Google receives the technical details of each request, such as your IP address, browser, the page and the time, to deliver the page and protect it from abuse. We don’t turn on any extra logging of those requests.
Emails you send us
- What: whatever you include, usually your name, email address and details about your club.
- Why: to reply to you and, if you register interest, to plan the pilot. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: answering the people who contact us.
- How long: up to 12 months after we last hear from you, unless your club joins the pilot, when we keep what we need for the pilot. Ask and we’ll delete it sooner.
- Who else: nobody, except the companies that run our email and website, and anyone the law requires. We never sell your information.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@clubshack.app. If you’re unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
